This is a small, older hotel that is conveniently located just about a 5-minute walk from the large Rome Termini train station. This is ideal if you are arriving by train or bus from either Fiumicino or Ciampino airports. The neighborhood around the hotel seemed very safe during day or night. There are lots of small local restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk. The hotel staff were all very friendly. We had one of the larger rooms, which seemed to be recently remodeled. The small refrigerator in the room was very helpful. The bed and room were quite comfortable and quiet. The complimentary breakfast is really nice, where you make a reservation for a breakfast time, and then you order as many items off of their menu as you like, and within a few minutes they bring you the food and drinks in their small dining area. I would consider staying at this hotel again when I visit Rome.

<Location> 1. Near the airport bus stop 2. Near the meeting place for various tour packages, 3. Safe area around Termini Station. <Service> 1. Friendly staff 2. Accurate wake-up call 3. I couldn't have breakfast because of the tour package, but the hotel packed my lunch and kept it for me! Impressed! <Facility> 1. Hot shower 2. Cold air conditioner 3. Strong safety box 4. Toilet bidet <Other> Suites are available for regular room prices during the week. Best for family travelers with children. <Disappointing> 1.Because of its good location, it is a three-star facility but a four-star price 2. Cleanly well-maintained, but narrow and old building. <Comprehensive Evaluation> An exemplary hotel that overcame its disappointments and achieved high ratings in important points. I would like to pay tribute to the manager.

My stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I could feel the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The hotel staff deserves special recognition – incredibly polite, helpful, and always smiling. The breakfasts were absolutely fantastic, especially by Italian standards. A rich selection of fresh products, aromatic coffee, crispy bread, and a variety of cheeses made every morning start in the best possible way. Everything was carefully prepared, and the quality of the food was truly impressive. Additionally, the hotel is impeccably maintained – its elegant decor and pleasant atmosphere make it a perfect place to relax. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.

Excellent Breakfast with a menu a la carte. Many options. Well located just 4 minutes from Termini Station, Rome's main train and bus station. Great option to stay close to the Center. Just a few minutes by Uber from the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain and Temple of Hadrian. The service is excellent. We even needed help buying crutches and delivering forgotten items. The staff and manager Massimiliano are exceptional. Beyond expectations. Also noteworthy are the receptionists Antonia and Federica who helped us with information, maps and itineraries every day. I recommend it.

The staff was amazing. The room was alright, but probably what you should expect in a downtown area like this. It was a bit cramped and the lighting was cold. But for a 1-2 night stay it was perfect as a stop to sleep at. I had the cheapest option also, so perhaps there are better rooms. The breakfast is very good and the system is unique but surprisingly I prefer it. It's not a buffet but a restaurant style breakfast. They take your order and bring you a plate. The options are still continental, but my god the scrambeld eggs were amazing!
